Chicken salad sandwich corners

Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken salad
- 12 slices bread
- Butter, softened
Instructions
- Lightly butter one side of each bread slice (12 slices bread)
- Spread check salad on the unbuttered side of 6 slices
- Top with remaining bread slices, buttered side out
- Trim crusts with a sharp knife
- Cut each sandwich into 4 triangles
- Cover with damp paper towels and plastic wrap until serving
