Corn Pudding

Ingredients

  • 6 cups corn
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 teaspon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Butter a 9x13-inch baking dish
  2. In a large bowl, beat eggs (6 eggs)
  3. Add cream, milk, melted butter, sugar, flour, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth (1 cup heavy cream, 1 cup milk, 1 stick butter, 1/3 cup sugar, 1/3 cup flour, salt and pepper to taste)
  4. Stir in corn (6 cups corn)
  5. Pour into prepared baking dish
  6. Bake 45-55 minutes until set in the center and golden on top (it should jiggle but not be liquidy)
  7. Let rest 10 minutes
