Fancy Mac & Cheese

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs (32 oz) shell pasta
  • 6 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 stick (8 tbsp) butter, melted
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, minced
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions and drain (2lbs shell pasta)
  2. Add remaining ingredients and mix until cheese is melted (6 cups mozzarella cheese, 8 tbsp butter, 1 cup parmesan cheese, 1/4 cup parsley, 2 tsp salt, 2 tsp garlic power, 1 tsp pepper)
